(DPRDI) is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization based in Tagum City. It is one of the member Rural Development Institutes (RDI's) of the nationwide organization, Philippine Network of Rural Development Institute (PhilNet-RDI). The pattern of development that has been pursued has only ensured the continued siphoning of wealth from the countryside that resulted to widespread poverty and degradation of the environment. DPRDI engages in the implementing programs and services in partnership with the marginalized Rural Sectors and Peoples (MRSP) and other development players in pursuit of Rural Development and Democratization (RDD).
