𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 | #𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗛 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘

The youth organizations of Tagum City, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Tagum North and the Tagum City Youth Development Office (TCYDO), initiated the Donation Drive last October 10 to extend assistance to the victims of the 7.6 magnitude earthquake that struck the Davao Region.

The drive successfully gathered both monetary and in-kind donations from Tagumenyo youth and partner stakeholders, demonstrating unity and compassion in times of crisis. These donations were officially turned over to the Local Government Unit of Manay, Davao Oriental, with additional support extended to affected families in Tagum City.

The Federation of Tagum City Junior Youth Officials expresses its deepest appreciation to all donors, volunteers, and partners who made this initiative possible, and to Aksyon Agad Man Mayor Rey T. Uy for his unwavering support to youth-led humanitarian actions.

𝙋𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙁𝙐𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙀, 𝙊𝙉𝙀 𝙎𝙀𝙀𝘿 𝘼𝙏 𝘼 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙀🌱

Driven by a commitment to climate justice and environmental awareness, Tagum Water District, in partnership with the City Government of Tagum, conducted a Mangrove Tree Planting Activity at Busaon, Tagum City, earlier today, October 18.

This effort was bridged through the City Youth Development Office, together with different youth organizations; Federation of Tagum City Junior Youth Officials, Dyesebel Philippines-Tagum , Next Gen Young Entrepreneurs, Gen-Z Youth, Angat Generation Climate-Tagum, and Tagum Scholars Guild.

Facilitators, visitors, and volunteers all worked together to plant more than 250 native mangrove trees in the coastal area of Baranggay Busaon. One seed at a time, this event aims to mitigate the effects of climate change and maintain the vital ecosystem that supports biodiversity.

As of 4:15 PM, your generosity has reached a total of ₱17,542.30 in monetary donations.

Finally enod! It's been a long day as the Qualifying Examination and Panel Interview finally concluded today, July 26, 2025.

Assisted by volunteers from the Federation of Tagum City Junior Youth Officials, aspirants faced a panel of esteemed interviewers in the afternoon, including Hon. Roan Angela G. Rillon, RND, PPSK of Tagum President, Mr. Marvelous Dainty Camilo of the Philippine Youth Ambassador of Goodwill, and Ms. Crystal Nice Tano, Vice-Mayor of the TCJYO Batch Patriots.

In just a few weeks, a new batch of Tagum City Junior Youth Officials will join us in empowering youth leadership here in the City of Palms!

But before that, they have to go through a series of challenges!

Just this morning, aspirants gathered at AVR 4, New City Hall for the Qualifying Exam and Panel Interview — the final steps for the selection process of TCJYO 2025.

Student aspirants from all over the city have arrived today for the much awaited 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪 to qualify for the Tagum City Junior Youth Officials 2025.

Held at AVR 4, Tagum City Hall, the event kicked-off with the registration of participants.
