We’ve gone above and beyond this year, preparing a more grandiose fireworks show that will light up the night sky like never before. To ensure your comfort and enjoyment, we’ve also arranged for a bigger and more accommodating venue for the audience.

This event is organized by the Provincial Government of Davao del Norte under the visionary and dynamic leadership of Governor Kuya Gob Edwin I. Jubahib. It’s our way of celebrating the year that was and welcoming the year to come with hope, joy, and unity.

Good afternoon, everyone! Our dear friend, Doren Abad Sanchez, is currently admitted to Mission Hospital. Last Wednesday, the doctor advised her immediate admission due to breathing difficulties (elevated heart rate and low blood pressure). She is now in the ICU, continuing her recovery.

We are kindly reaching out to ask for your help. Any financial assistance, no matter the amount, will greatly ease the burden on her family during this challenging time. Your generosity can make a significant difference in her journey to recovery. Rest assured, all funds will go directly towards covering her medical expenses.

Youth for Peace Movement - Tagum City Chapter facilitated a series of youth-led games for the third day of Barangay Mankilam's Linggo ng Kabataan celebration on Sunday, September 1.

In collaboration with the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Mankilam, YFPM Tagum organized eight challenging stationed games at the Davao del Norte Sports Complex, drawing inspiration from Amazing Race games.

Over 20 participants, divided into two teams, competed in these dynamic activities designed to foster teamwork and camaraderie.

The winners will be announced on September 7, 2024, during the final day of Mankilam’s Linggo ng Kabataan celebration.

YFPM Tagum is recognized for its expertise in designing youth activities and consistently partners with other organizations to empower the youth and aspiring young leaders.

Tagum City Youth for Peace Movement (YFPM) volunteers took the lead as facilitators for the Larong Pinoy activities on Day 2 of Barangay Magugpo East's Linggo ng Kabataan, held on August 25, 2024, in collaboration with the Sangguniang Kabataan Magugpo East. 🤝

The volunteer-facilitators organized an exciting array of station-based games inspired by an amazing race format, designed to foster team-building and leadership values among the youth participants while ensuring a fun and engaging experience. 🎯🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

YFPM Tagum is renowned for its expertise in designing youth games and activities, partnering with other youth organizations to promote peace through youth empowerment and leadership development. ✨

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆: 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐖𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 🌱🌳

The DavNor Youth for Peace Movement, along with dedicated volunteers from YFPM Tagum, proudly participated in a major tree-planting event hosted by the 60th Infantry Battalion on August 19, 2024. 2,000 seedlings were successfully planted by the committed partners and volunteers in Sitio Mondol, Barangay Gupitan, Kapalong, Davao del Norte as part of the National Greening Program led by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). 🌍💚

Celebrated for its success, the activity illustrated the effectiveness of collective effort and community spirit. Our collaboration underscored a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, making a significant impact on our natural surroundings. A big shoutout to everyone who took part and made this initiative impactful and memorable! 🌿👏
