Aduna kitay PRELIMINARY ELIMINATION karung FEB.27,2026(Friday) @6:00PM-8:00PM. UY VILLAGE COVERED COURT.

Mao kini ang inyong andamon:
*Song Choice dapat naka download na Daan sa Inyong flashdrive(USB) or Cellphone. Para maiwasan ang mga technical problem during sa inyong performance (like hinay ang WiFi/Loading) and etc.
*Kinahanglan memoryado ang Lyrics sa maong song choice na Inyong kantahon sa Final Round.
*pwede ra mag uranay sa Elimination round pero dapat sa Final round naka formal attire. (Additional Points sa naka attire)

WHO?: ALL REGISTERED IGA UY HOA HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS.

WHEN?: FEBRUARY 25, 2026 @ 8:00AM

VENUE: IGA UY BASKETBALL COURT, PRK.29, IGA UY VILLAGE, MADAUM, TAGUM CITY.

2. ELECTION OF NEW SET OFFICERS/BOD 2026.
2.a. MOBILE BALLOT BOX VOTING SYSTEM. refers "house-to-house casting ballots box by members at their residence where a sealed transparent ballot box is brought for the member to personally deposit the pre-numbered ballot and the counterfoil.

2. LIQUIDATION REPORT AND BREAKDOWN EXPENSES OF P100 (COMPOLSURY SPONSORS FROM EACH HOUSEHOLD)
PROCEEDS: USED FOR THE HOA NIGHT 2025 / YEAR END PARTY.
2.a. TOTAL CASH COLLECTED FROM HOUSEHOLD and TOTAL EXPENSES.

3. PLAN FOR UPCOMING FIESTA OF BIRHEN SA LOURDES.

3.c.. CITY BAND during FIESTA NIGHT (Subject for the approval of PUROK Chairman A. Suico, to avoid conflicts of Schedule)
