To our brothers and sisters and to the public, we would like to clarify that the DELTA SIGMA FAMILY FRATERNITY CON SORORITY INC. 1975 has no affiliation or connection with the groups "M5 SERVE" and "M5 MALAKAS".

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF LOGO
We have learned that these groups are using our logo without permission or authorization. This is strictly prohibited and we do not condone it.

STRICT COMPLIANCE
We request that the groups M5 SERVE and M5 MALAKAS immediately remove our logo from their posters, logos, and any materials related to their activities. This is necessary to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.

CLEAR DISTINCTION
We would like to clarify that the DELTA SIGMA FAMILY FRATERNITY CON SORORITY INC. has its own projects and activities that are not related to the groups M5 SERVE and M5 MALAKAS. We appreciate the initiatives of these groups and acknowledge their good deeds. However, the use of our logo without permission is unacceptable.

PROTECTING OUR RIGHTS
We will continue to protect our rights and defend our logo and name. We request that everyone respect our rights and comply with laws and regulations.
