The Leadership Training Program 2026 has officially come to a close, marking a meaningful day of learning, growth, and camaraderie among Red Cross Youth Council Officers from participating schools across Davao del Norte.

Through the sessions, activities, and shared experiences, our youth leaders strengthened their leadership skills, built connections, and renewed their commitment to humanitarian service. The awarding of certificates recognized their participation, dedication, and willingness to take on the responsibilities of leadership.

To all participating councils, facilitators, and everyone who contributed to the success of this program, thank you for making this experience memorable. May the lessons learned continue to guide you as you lead and serve your respective communities.

The training may be over, but the journey of leadership continues.

The Leadership Training Program 2026 brought together Red Cross Youth Council Officers from participating schools across Davao del Norte for a day of learning, collaboration, and leadership development.

Through interactive discussions and team activities, participants explored the qualities of effective leadership, strengthened their communication and teamwork skills, and gained valuable insights they can apply in managing their respective councils.

Beyond the lessons and activities, the training provided an opportunity for youth leaders to connect, exchange experiences, and reaffirm their commitment to volunteerism and humanitarian service.

📌𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 | The Philippine Red Cross Davao del Norte Chapter, through the Red Cross Youth, took part in the International Coastal Cleanup 2026 on September 19, 2026, held along Hijo’s Beach Line in Madaum, Tagum City, Davao del Norte. The activity brought together youth volunteers, community members, and various stakeholders in a collective effort to protect and preserve the coastal environment.

Through active participation in the coastal cleanup, the Red Cross Youth contributed to promoting environmental awareness, responsible waste management, and community involvement in coastal conservation. The initiative reflects the commitment of young volunteers to extending humanitarian action beyond emergency response and toward building cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable communities.
