๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š | The San Vicente National Highschool (SVNHS) RCY council concludes an extensive two-day Youth Volunteer Formation Course(YVFC) last February 28 to March 1, 2026 at the schools campus grounds which gathered 30 youth volunteers.

The two-day program provided a comprehensive training experience that combined structured lectures with high-fidelity simulations, enabling participants to enhance both technical competencies and leadership capabilities.

Through this rigorous and collaborative learning environment, the trainees strengthened their commitment to humanitarian service and improved their readiness to respond effectively to the needs of both school and community.

๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š | The Tagum City Regional Academy for Senior High School (TCRASHS) Red Cross Youth A.I.D.V.E.N.T.U.R.E. successfully conducted the Youth Volunteers Formation Course last February 7โ€“8, 2026 at Tagum City National High School, mobilizing 36 dedicated trainees.

The two-day training reinforced essential Red Cross Youth competencies through immersive exercises and collaborative workshops. Participants enhanced their practical skills, strengthened teamwork, and deepened their understanding of their responsibilities in humanitarian initiatives.

The Red Cross Youth Davnor served as one of the event managers during The Provincial Youth Congress 2025, ensuring that activities ran smoothly throughout the congress. Guaranteeing everyone's safety and to administer first aid, they also dispatched qualified medical personnel to the Hip-hop competition and Larong Lahi events. Their presence reflected the RCY's commitment to leadership, service, and youth empowerment.

The Youth Volunteer Formation Course conducted by the Kapalong National High School Red Cross Youth Council last November 22โ€“23, 2025 brought together 29 youth volunteers for a focused and meaningful training experience.

Through guided sessions and collaborative engagement, the participants strengthened their foundation in volunteerism and gained a deeper understanding of their responsibilities as RCY members. The activity served as a vital step in nurturing disciplined, service-oriented youth leaders.

๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š | 3 Red Cross Youth volunteers from St. Maryโ€™s College of Tagum, Inc. were mobilized to provide basic first aid support throughout the DACS DaDiTaMa Culture and Sports Season 62 for tertiary-level participants held on November 17โ€“22, 2025. Their duties included administering wound care for minor scratches and small lacerations, offering health teaching and reminders on injury prevention and self-care, and attending to players with bruises and other minor sports-related concerns. Their presence ensured timely and appropriate first aid interventions, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of the athletes throughout the event.

๐„๐š๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ซ | Volunteers from the Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Davao del Norte Chapter were deployed to Tagum City for the ๐“๐š๐ ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐‘๐ฎ๐ง ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“ โ€“ ๐‹๐ž๐  ๐Ÿ‘. Our team served as on-ground medics, with eighteen (18) volunteers positioned across key areas of the route and turning points to deliver prompt first aid and maintain the safety of all participants throughout the event.
