𝐁𝐒𝐏 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 | 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Yesterday, the BSP Tagum City Council, in partnership with the Tagum City Youth and Sports Development Office and Lex Talionis Fraternitas Inc., was able to provide over 300+ relief goods to the earthquake victims of Barangay Nuing & Sugal of Jose Abad Santos (Trinidad), Davao Occidental.

The council was led by SL Mark Lawrence Candido and SL Jhun Bermudez, along with:
- ES Bricks Banquiling
- VS Rey James Bula
- VS Sophia Nicole Selgas
- VS Johnlloyd Saturos

We hope that these donations were able to bring temporary relief to the displaced families and individuals of Jose Abad Santos.

#𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗨𝗽𝗣𝗛 𝗕𝗦𝗣 𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗠 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟 | 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
Following the devastating Magnitude 7.8 Earthquake that struck Mindanao on June 8, 2026, many families were displaced, homes were damaged, and communities were left struggling to recover.

In response, 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 and 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶, in coordination with the Tagum City Youth and Sports Development Office (TCYSDO), together with the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials, Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) - Tagum City Council, and various Youth Organizations, have launched a Joint Community Disaster Response Initiative to provide immediate relief, restore hope, and support affected communities on their road to recovery.

We call on everyone, every youth leader, every organization, and every compassionate individual to stand with our fellow Mindanawons. Together, we can provide immediate assistance to affected families and help communities recover from this tragedy.
Every donation, no matter the size, can bring comfort, dignity, and hope.

🌱 “Planting today for a greener and safer tomorrow.” 🌊

On May 15, 2026, the Boy Scouts participated in a Mangrove Planting Activity at Cabugan, Barangay Busaon, Tagum City, showing their commitment to environmental protection and community service.

With the participation of 14 scouts (5 male and 9 female), together with 2 adult leaders and other participating offices and organizations, a total of 200 mangrove seedlings were successfully planted to help protect coastal areas and preserve marine ecosystems for future generations.

Service beyond self in action. 🧹🚓

The ESC Batch 26-004/005 proudly conducted a Community Clean-Up Drive during their 25-hour service at the Tagum City Police Station, Purok Tipaz, Barangay East, Tagum City last May 6, 2026.

With a total of 34 dedicated participating scouts — 21 males and 13 females — the activity showcased teamwork, discipline, and commitment to community service. Through their collective effort, the scouts demonstrated the true spirit of volunteerism and environmental responsibility in helping maintain a cleaner and safer community.

On April 23, 2026, the 72 graduates of ESTC Batch 26-004 conducted a clean-up drive after using the grounds of Tagum National Trade School. Despite their sleepless nights during the training, they still dedicated their time and effort to clean the surroundings. Through this initiative, they helped ensure that the area remained clean and safe for students and other individuals roaming around the campus.
