- Adult Category (19–39 years old)
₱50.00 per head — WINNER TAKES ALL❕

- Junior Category (18 years old and below)
₱50.00 per head — WINNER TAKES ALL❕

- Tough 40
₱50.00 per head — WINNER TAKES ALL❕

VOLLEYBALL CATEGORY:

- Mixed (Men and Women) — No age limitation

TEAM REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 13 players per team
- Maximum of 15 players per team
