HCDC-Tagum Nutrition Month Celebration 2026

Last Saturday, July 11, HCDC Tagum celebrates this year's Nutrition Month with the theme "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!" The participants were able to have fun, learn and display their talents and skills through the different activities conducted that day. We thank our Project Committee for their support as judges, especially our lecturer, Doc. Zebedee Luague. We look forward to the celebration of our other sattelites. To God be the glory!

Last June 6, we held a three-way event for our Tagum participants held at Gold Ridge Inland Resort. First, it was a Back-to-School Fellowship as we welcomed the upcoming fiscal year 2026-2027. We are excited as to how the Lord will guide and bless our participants in their academic journey. Second, we celebrated our victory during the Inter-FCP Sportsfest last May. We praise the Lord for the meaningful experience of competing together with our co-participants from nearby FCP's. Lastly, we acknowledged our completers for the first half of the year. We thank God for how God has sustained them throughout their whole stay in the program and pray for their next journey ahead. Overall, it was a wonderful time of fellowship, feasting and fun! To God be the glory!

Stepping away from our routines to rest, reflect, and reconnect. Grateful for every laugh, conversation, lesson, and moment shared together. This retreat reminded us that heart matters—because our service flows from the condition of our hearts. May the Lord continue to renew our hearts, strengthen our unity, and inspire us to serve with greater passion, humility, and purpose.💕

In this session, we explored the concept of “Digital Natives” and “Digital Immigrants” and how these two groups experience technology in different ways. As young people and digital natives, we are naturally exposed to technology, while digital immigrants continue to adapt and learn its use.

This discussion reminds us that no matter which group we belong to, responsible and mindful use of digital platforms is important. 💻🌐

We are truly grateful for the life and wisdom of 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙅𝙪𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘 𝘿𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙣 for sharing his knowledge and guiding us in this meaningful learning experience. 🙏✨ Looking forward to Part Two!
