GREAT NEWS MGA KA-AESE!!!
We are happy to share some positive updates regarding our HMO with Options Philippines.
Earlier today, July 2, 2026, representatives from AESE and Options Philippines held a meeting to discuss the current issue regarding the temporary hold on our HMO accounts. We are pleased to inform everyone that the meeting ended on a positive note.
Options Philippines has formally committed to lifting the hold on our accounts and reactivating our HMO services. However, they requested a short timeline to complete the reconciliation and reactivation process. Based on their official letter, the target reactivation period is from July 3, 2026, up to July 7, 2026.
With this, we kindly advise everyone that if your medical consultation or procedure is not urgent, please schedule it after July 7, 2026 to avoid any inconvenience or out of pocket expenses while the accounts are still being reactivated.
Should Options Philippines complete the reactivation earlier than expected, we will immediately post another update on this page. For now, let us extend our cooperation by allowing them until their committed timeline, with the latest being July 7, 2026.
For emergency cases, please coordinate with Ms. Fely for assistance. As stated in their letter, emergency consultations will be accommodated, while requests for laboratory procedures and hospital confinement will be evaluated and processed on a case-to-case basis.

Friendly Reminder:
Once our accounts have been fully reactivated, we will return to our normal HMO process, which includes securing your Letter of Authorization (LOA) before availing of any HMO service. Requesting your LOA in advance will help ensure a smoother and hassle-free transaction with your hospital or healthcare provider and help avoid any delays during your visit.
We sincerely appreciate everyoneβs patience, understanding, and continued support throughout this situation. Rest assured that your AESE officers are continuously working to improve our HMO services, because we believe that every employee deserves accessible healthcare, peace of mind, and a healthier work life here at DOST-ITDI.
Thank you once again for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work together through this temporary situation.
