Today, we honor and remember all the heroes who have shown courageand sacrifice for our country. Their bravery and dedication continue to inspire us to serve others, stand for what is right, and contribute to a better nation.

Their heroism reminds us that being a hero is not only about making great sacrifices, but also about having the courage to help others, to speak up for what is right, and to serve our community with sincerity and compassion.

May we never forget the battles they fought and the values they stood for. May their legacy live on through every Filipino, inspiring us to become responsible citizens who are willing to make a difference in our own little ways.

Today, we remember And every day, we carry their legacy forward.

The Scouts of Hiraya Community Scouting served as part of the Junior Support Staff during the simultaneous Basic Training Course for Troop Leaders at Rizal Elementary School and Basic Training Course for Outfit Advisors at Pembo Elementary School, held from August 21–23, 2026.

Throughout the three-day training, Hiraya’s Scouts provided additional manpower by assisting with the teachings, supporting the facilitators, and helping with the general needs of the event. Their contribution behind the scenes helped keep the activities organized while giving them an opportunity to practice the very values that Scouting teaches: responsibility, cooperation, and service.

We would like to thank the following Scouts:
Sct. Hanah Ferrer,
Sct. Leira Mariano,
Sct. Arianne Jarabay,
Sct. Aaron Dela Fuente,
and Sct. Dominic Garcia,
for their successful and meanigful service. May you continue to be ready to lend a hand, support others, and serve whenever needed.

Taguig City Council – Hiraya Community Scouting stands to remember the death of Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr.

With his belief that “The Filipino is worth dying for,” we remember the sacrifices he made for the Filipino people and the principles he stood for.

As Scouts, may we honor his memory not only by remembering his sacrifice, but by continuing to serve our communities, uphold our values, and contribute to a better Philippines.

May his courage remind us that love for our country is shown not only in words, but through service, integrity, and action.

Yohoooo, dito ang tingin!!👀👀

On August 14, 2026, Hiraya Community Scouting held the first meeting of its Marksmanship Merit Badge Counseling, focusing on Rifle and Pistol Marksmanship.

The session began with a lecture covering the fundamentals of marksmanship, firearm safety, and responsible handling, followed by a dry firing activity that allowed the Scouts to apply what they had learned in a controlled setting.

More than learning how to aim, the counseling emphasizes the discipline, focus, and responsibility expected of Scouts as they work toward completing their Marksmanship Merit Badge requirements.

Hiraya Community Scouting extends its appreciation to the Regional Special Training Unit – NCR (RSTU-NCR) for providing instruction and guidance throughout the session. Their support and expertise helped make this learning experience possible for our Scouts.

"Hala, nag-bbrazilan dance nanaman si Ma'am Hanah..." 🤸‍♀️

Hiraya Community Scouting greets its Outfit Scribe, Hanah Ferrer, a happy, happy birthday!

Your contagious laughter and vibrant personality bring life to every event, and your presence always makes the atmosphere a little brighter. Whether you're leading as an MC or simply being yourself, you have a way of making every moment more memorable.

Behind all that energy is someone whose dedication never goes unnoticed. As our Outfit Scribe, you have consistently shown competence and accuracy in everything you do. In every set of minutes you prepare, and in every pubmat you edit, your hard work helps keep Hiraya moving forward. Except for this one, of course.

Thank you for everything you do for the Outfit. We hope Hiraya continues to be a place you can always call home and a family you can always count on. May this year bring you even more reasons to laugh, celebrate, and keep dancing.

Happy birthday, Ma'am Hanah!

"Uy, andyan na motor ni Sir, ayos na!!" 🛵

The Hiraya Community Scouting Family warmly extends its birthday greetings to ES Alifres M. Tico!

The lessons you have taught us reflect a style of leadership that is not unnecessarily strict, but instead allows those under your guidance to grow into the best versions of themselves. Even as the rain falls in Taguig today, we hope it only adds to the warmth of this special occasion. Under your leadership as our Senior Crew Leader, we are confident that Scouting will continue to prosper.

On this special day, may you find comfort in the company of the people you hold dear. May you continue to grow as a leader and as an individual, inspiring future generations of Scouts while helping our institution flourish.
