⚜️ 𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 | Rover Scout Aspirants Orientation

BAGUMBAYAN, Taguig City — The Bagumbayan National High School Rover Scouts conducted an 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, welcoming students who are interested in becoming part of the Scouting Movement.

The orientation introduced the aspirants to the values, principles, activities, and responsibilities of being a Rover Scout. It also highlighted the importance of leadership, discipline, teamwork, service, and commitment to the community.

Through this activity, the aspirants gained a better understanding of the Rover Scouting journey and the opportunities it offers for personal growth and meaningful service.

To all aspiring Rovers, welcome to the journey of leadership, adventure, and service!

The Taguig City Council – Boy Scouts of the Philippines is calling for donations for individuals and families affected by the recent typhoon. In times of disaster, even the simplest necessities can make a meaningful difference to those staying in evacuation centers. 💙

Today, the Bagumbayan National High School Rover Scouts join the nation in commemorating 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, honoring the rich culture, traditions, heritage, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples in the Philippines.

This occasion reminds us of the importance of respecting cultural diversity, protecting ancestral traditions, and recognizing the rights and dignity of Indigenous communities.

As Scouts, we stand for 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, embracing diversity while working together toward a more inclusive and harmonious community.

BAGUMBAYAN, Taguig City — The 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗖.𝗔.𝗧.) 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 led the Flag Retreat Ceremony, joined by the 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀, 𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The ceremony served as a solemn tribute to the Philippine flag, reflecting the values of patriotism, discipline, respect, and unity. Together, the participants honored the nation's symbol with dignity while reaffirming their commitment to leadership and service.

Through activities like the Flag Retreat Ceremony, the BNHS Scouting community and C.A.T. Corps continue to inspire young leaders to uphold the ideals of responsible citizenship and love for country.

Wearing the Scout scarf is more than a tradition; it symbolizes our commitment to the Scout Oath and Law, reminding us to serve others, lead with integrity, and make a positive difference in our communities.

⚜️ 𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 | Scout Memorial Day

Today, the Bagumbayan National High School Rover Scouts join the Scouting community in commemorating 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆, honoring the 24 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 who tragically lost their lives on their way to the 11𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 1963.

Their sacrifice remains a lasting symbol of the true spirit of Scouting—courage, selfless service, and unwavering dedication. As we remember these young heroes, may their legacy continue to inspire every Scout to live by the Scout Oath and Law, serve others with compassion, and lead with integrity.

Though they are gone, their spirit lives on in every act of service and every Scout who proudly wears the neckerchief.

The Bagumbayan National High School Rover Scouts actively participated in the 2026 Council Tree Planting and Nurturing Program held on July 25, 2026, demonstrating their commitment to environmental stewardship and community service.

The activity aimed to promote environmental awareness by encouraging participants to plant and nurture trees, contributing to a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future. Through this initiative, the Rover Scouts reaffirmed their responsibility as youth leaders in protecting and preserving the environment for future generations.

Together, let us continue to grow not only trees but also a culture of environmental responsibility and sustainable living.

BAGUMBAYAN, Taguig City — During this week's Flag Raising Ceremony, the Bagumbayan National High School Rover Scouts were honored to be assigned as the official flag detail, leading the raising of the Philippine flag with pride, discipline, and respect.

Their participation reflects the Scouts' commitment to patriotism, leadership, and responsibility while setting a positive example for the entire school community. As the national anthem echoed across the campus, the Rover Scouts stood united in honoring the country's flag and the values it represents.

Through this meaningful responsibility, the BNHS Rover Scouts continue to embody the Scout motto, "Be Prepared," by serving with honor and dedication.
