IBP- please look into... Spread of Fake Law and the Crime of Omission. There are no such things, right? Or are there?
ART 127 of RS vs. ART 127 of RPC, International Bout.
ALL Citizens have the duty to know the law. That is the essence of "Ignorance of the Law Excuses no one." Lawyers who practice the LAW have no privilege to invent laws- nor propagate FAKE LAWS. Much less, fake interpretations of maliciously mistated provisions from international law.
The IBP, is a well respected institution. It has the motu propio power to protect its ranks of members who disrespect the law and the Supreme Court. As petitioners in the Pangilinan vs. Cayetano case- the IBP cannot miss the meaning of the ruling. The withdrawal of the Philippines from the Rome Statute is final. And it also mentions there that ICC has not exercised its option to formalize any Investigation against the Philippines- as of 2021.
Months after- the ICC prosecutor Fatou clearly said in her statement the decision to file the request was in line with her successor's plans to "Investigate". She knew- there was no case, if she believed there was- she should have filed it before the withdrawal took effect.
Her office was already looking into the alleged thousands of killings in the war on drugs- not on February 2018. The fact is- as early as before October 2016- the "thousands" of deaths are already reported to the ICC by your friendly civil society and media groups.
The politically motivated case against a Philippine president was already planned even before Duterte's term started. They evidently wanted it against Gloria. Hahaha! Jamby (yes from the oligarch class and financed Trillanes) has a senate resolution about this... in 2007!
Why won"t they use our own RA 9851 instead? That is why we made it- so there will be no need to exile anyone- even after GMA's term, no case was filed against her- for the REPORTED 9,000 EJK victims. Remember- the deaths recorded against the Marcos family for Martial Law is only 2,000 or thereabouts!
Now back to IBP- would you allow lawyers to spread LIES about Art. 127 of the Rome Statute? Where did they get this "a" provision. There is no a,b,c there! There are 2 paragraphs under Article 127. Where is that "a" from now used to justify their "perpetual" right of option to invoke "I want jurisdiction" for ICC?
Find a divorce law that gives the former wife the "right" to demand sexual satisfaction anytime she feels the urge from her former husband¹? Wala and repugnant. But some may even consider that "debatable" if floated as a possible right for the former husband- but only the stupid and malicious may ever agree the concept to have any logic or validity in divorce law- anywhere in the world of the living or the dead!
What is the basis of the jurisdiction exercised by ICC after the termination of our treaty relations were factually severed on March 19, 2019 and judicially confirmed by the Supreme Court last 2021. Sino ang nag revive ng obligasyon? Wala.
IBP- what sanctions are there for lawyers propagating fakery? Eh may criminal injury- do you know that "Art. 127" of the RPC ng Pilipinas (Penal Code, po) has apparently NEVER been violated? It is the most gruesome crime under the title "Crimes Against the Fundamental Laws of the State".
Pundasyon ng Estado ang sinisira ng mga lumabag nito. Art. 127- Expulsion. Ang sinuman na walang awtoridad ay mamilit sa isang mamamayan na ilipat sa ibang bansa o patalsiki sa teritoryo ng Pilipinas ay "SUNUGIN sa Plaza" ay hindi pala... makukulong.
IBP- hindi abogado si Gen. Diwata at Marpil. Pogi pa naman sana. Ngunit papayagan ba ninyo ang mga taga DOJ na manatiling abogado? At saka tingin sa kaliwa at kanan mga atorney... baka tanga o gago katabi mo dyan sa korte kung na gago sila ni Mr. Khan.
Yung kalbo na yan ay may mga kaso na Crimes Against Womanity para sa large scale and systematic sexual at gender based attacks on women in his offic at the ICC. Wala pong disrespect sa IBP.
Come on, you are better- paragraph 2 (not "a") of the Rome Statute Art 127 SAYS DIFFERENTLY. Read again IBP. BATAS NG PILIPINAS at KORTE SUPREMA NG PILIPINAS ANG BINASTOS ng mga slaves ng banyaga o sa mga banyagang slaves ng politikong Pilipino.
Hindi si Digong ang totoong target- si Sara po. PULITIKA. IBP- police your own ranks. Review the "text" of the international law they interpret
The actual law- if read completely is not subject for any interpretation. It is plain- as all international laws are plainly stated, not susceptible to any misinterpretation.
