• Founded by: Florita Palañas (former CIS).
• Presence: We operate active chapters across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Our Role: We serve as force multipliers for the PNP. Members assist in:

• Oplan Galugad (Search Operations)
• Other law enforcement initiatives where auxiliary support is requested.

⚠️ PUBLIC AWARENESS: MODUS SA RENTALS (IDENTITY THEFT) ⚠️

Maging alerto at mapagmatyag! Nais naming ipaalam sa publiko ang isang kumakalat na Rental Scam na nambibiktima sa mga naghahanap ng matitirhan sa area ng Western Bicutan.

🚩 Ang Modus Operandi:

* Fake Listing: Nag-popost ang scammer ng "Room for Rent" sa Facebook. Karaniwang location ay sa Western Bicutan (Landmark: Gate 3 Plaza).
* Identity Theft: Ginagamit ng scammer ang pangalan at mga litrato ng isang miyembro ng Philippine Air Force na si Mr. San Gabriel.
* Paunawa: Si Mr. San Gabriel ay biktima rin ng Identity Theft at naka-lock ang kanyang profile para sa kanyang seguridad.
* Reservation Fee: Hihingan ka ng "Reservation Fee" bago payagang makita ang unit o bago lumipat.
* Redirect sa Viber/Telegram: Ililipat ang usapan sa messaging apps gamit ang numerong ito:
* 📱 0950 670 9213
* Pangalan ng Apartment: Maaaring magpakilala bilang "San Gabriel Apartment" o iba pang mga pekeng pangalan.

🛑 Paano Maiiwasan ang Scam?

* WAG MAGBAYAD AGAD: Huwag na huwag magpapadala ng pera (reservation fee, downpayment, security deposit) hangga't hindi mo nakikita nang personal ang unit at ang tunay na may-ari.
* CHECK THE PROFILE: Mag-ingat sa mga accounts na bago lang o may nakaw na mga litrato.
* LEGITIMACY: Ugaliing mag-background check sa lugar. Kung maaari, bisitahin ang Gate 3 Plaza at itanong kung may ganoon talagang apartment bago maglabas ng pera.

Parañaque Condo Shooting Suspect in Custody

LATEST: Authorities have apprehended the individual allegedly responsible for the fatal shooting of two men at a Parañaque City condominium basketball court.
The suspect was tracked down and taken into custody in Barangay Moonwalk.
