AIM a Change proudly represented their organization as delegates at the 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍: 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 held on 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐖𝐆𝐌 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝟏, 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨, 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

The event featured esteemed resource speakers who shared their expertise in leadership and governance:

🔹𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐨, the president and founder of UNA TAYO Youth Organization and the LODI ng Kabataang Global as its president in the Taguig Local Youth Development Council, discussed 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲: 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀: 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲, equipping participants with essential skills for effective leadership and structured discussions.

🔹𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐲 𝐉𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐨, an SK Kagawad of Barangay Fort Bonifacio and a dedicated advocate for inclusive education, gender development, and social inclusion, led the session on 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁: 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘀, guiding delegates in transforming ideas into impactful initiatives.

🔹𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐞𝐢 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐚, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay Fort Bonifacio holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Manila, shared her expertise in 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺: 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, providing valuable insights into financial leadership and organizational management.

Through this seminar, the delegation enhanced their leadership capabilities, gained practical governance knowledge, and strengthened their commitment to driving meaningful change. The event served as a platform for future leaders to refine their skills, exchange ideas, and embrace the responsibilities of leadership.
