𝟭 𝗟𝗚𝗕𝗧 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰. 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗙𝗦𝗟 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻

1 LGBT Filipinas Incorporated was honored to take part in an informal “Chikahan” and community exchange with the Swedish Federation for LGBT Rights (RFSL) on October 5 at Max’s Restaurant, Scout Tuazon, Quezon City.

The gathering brought together different LGBTQIA+ groups and advocates for a meaningful conversation about the work being done within our communities in the Philippines. It was a valuable opportunity to share experiences, learn from one another, and build connections beyond borders.

We are grateful to RFSL Sweden for creating a space where organizations and community advocates can openly share their stories, initiatives, and aspirations for a more inclusive society.

As 1 LGBT Filipinas Inc., we remain committed to strengthening community partnerships, advancing meaningful conversations, and supporting initiatives that uplift and empower LGBTQIA+ Filipinos at the grassroots level.

Together, we continue to build bridges, foster understanding, and create opportunities for stronger and more inclusive communities.

𝙂𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡, National Advocate Leader Adviser for the Le***an Committee; were present at the 1st Consultation Dialogue with LGBTQIA+ Stakeholders held by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) last September 30, 2026, at the Kagalingan Auditorium, DSWD Central Office

Organized by the Office of the Undersecretary for the Special Committee on LGBTQIA+ Affairs, this important gathering brought together various LGBTQIA+ civil society organizations to strengthen institutional mechanisms against discrimination and build better policies for our community. The event also launched Phase 1 of the LGBTQIA+ Community Website and System, a centralized digital hub for our sector.

We thank DSWD for this meaningful platform. We stand ready to collaborate, contribute, and work hand-in-hand with the government toward a more inclusive, equal, and just society for all. 🙏🏳️‍🌈

We are thrilled and honored to share that 1𝙇𝙂𝘽𝙏 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 is officially welcomed as one of the four newest members of the 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙛𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 (𝘼𝙁)! 🙌

We joined the online orientation last September 21 alongside fellow new members ASSIST Inc., CBM Global Philippines, and Rimansi Organization for Asia and the Pacific, Inc., bringing AF’s strong network to a total of 277 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙬𝙞𝙙𝙚! 💪
