San Pablo City, Laguna — On September 6, 2025, six clubs under NCR 105 of The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc. gathered for a successful bloodletting activity at Pamana Hall, San Pablo City. This event was part of the organization’s regional campaign, “One Region, One Heart, One Mission,” which promotes unity and service to the community.
The activity was led by Arvin C. Marce, president of Barako Eagles Club, and Feliciano E. Lesaba III, president of San Pablo Raise Eagles Club, with full participation from their club members. Joining in solidarity were Leo C. Lim, president of Taguig Katipunero Eagles Club, and Rodrigo B. Motiran, vice president of the same club.
The event was supported by NCR 105 Regional Governor Marlon L. Plando and Vice Governor Limuel B. Espino, both of whom praised the clubs’ dedication to humanitarian efforts. Regional Assemblyman Crisanto F. Tinapay also continues to tirelessly support the region’s initiatives, promoting community development and volunteerism.
The bloodletting drive was organized in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – San Pablo Chapter and with support from the Department of Education.
