These accidents some fatal are brought about by over speeding, ill – maintained motorcycles, not wearing of protective helmets and gears, blatant disregard of traffic rules and regulation. ders in Taguig with a common goal of providing safety tips, proper driving and riding, among others, thus the Taguig Organization of Unified Riders (TOUR) Inc. In January of 2012, we started inviting, meeting and talking to people eager to join our proposed organization. Since then, membership to TOUR has been growing and growing. Summer of 2012 marked the formal organization of TOUR. It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in May 23, 2012 and given juridical entity by Director Benito Cataran of Company Registration and Monitoring Department. After its formal organization, the existence of TOUR was made known by words of mouth and has since then grew and continue to grow. was launched and introduced to the public last September 29, 2012 which coincided with the birthday with the birthday celebration of its Founding Chairman. It began with a motorcade of members along major roads of Taguig City. The officers and members took oath of office before the Honorable Jojo Eron, City Councilor as representative of Honorable Mayor Ma. Cayetano and witness by Honorable Councilor Jimmy Labampa. Distinguished guests led by Honorable Senator Alan Peter Cayetano graced the occasion. Another highlight of the launching is the blessing of the members and their motorcycles by the Rev. Ordindo Ordoña of the Holy Rosary Parish of Lower Bicutan.
