Please be informed that fire tree trimming activities will be conducted at the pay parking area tomorrow, May 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The affected parking slots will be given a private message.

During this period, residents may observe maintenance personnel and equipment within the area. Temporary inconvenience, limited access, or minor disturbances may also be experienced while the activity is ongoing.

This maintenance activity is being carried out to ensure the safety of residents and vehicles, as well as to maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the surrounding area.

Please be informed that restoration works for the floodlight pole at the basketball court will continue from Tuesday to Thursday, May 19–21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

During this period, residents may observe ongoing repair activities, including maintenance personnel on-site and the use of necessary equipment. Please also expect Re-tracing of court lines on the basketball court, which may limit or restrict court access during the scheduled hours.

This activity is being conducted to ensure the safety, functionality, and proper illumination of the basketball court for the benefit of all residents.
