Temporary Road Closure at Kingfisher Avenue

Please be advised that Kingfisher Avenue will be closed to all vehicular traffic for five (5) days, effective June 15, 2026, to facilitate essential earthfilling and road leveling works as part of the ongoing road elevation project.

To minimize disruption, residents and motorists are advised to utilize the following alternative routes:

Flamingo Street (via Kingfisher Avenue intersection)
Woodpecker Street (via Kingfisher Avenue intersection)
Cardinals Street (via Kingfisher Avenue intersection)

Please be informed that the water supply has been temporarily shut off today, June 5, from 1:53 PM to 4:00 PM. This is to allow our maintenance team to perform emergency repairs on a major pipe leakage along Nightingale’s Bend.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, our team is working to restore normal water service as quickly as possible.

Announcement: Implementation of New Water Supply Regulations

This is to officially announce an update to our water supply operations, effective June 4, 2026.

To streamline service, we are moving away from the previous split-schedule (4:00 AM–12:00 PM and 4:00 PM–12:00 AM). Under the new regulations, water will be supplied continuously from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Please note that there will be no water supply from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM. We encourage all residents to manage their water storage accordingly.

Please be advised that there will be a temporary power interruption affecting the Meralco Tram line on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This scheduled service disruption is necessary to facilitate the replacement of utility poles and line maintenance at the intersection of Sandpiper Drive and Flamingo Parkway.

Recommended Actions:

• Unplug Electronic Equipment: To prevent potential damage from power surges when electricity is restored, please unplug sensitive electronic devices and appliances before the interruption.

•Backup Power: Ensure that backup power sources, such as UPS systems or generators, are operational if continuous power is required for your operations.

•Plan Ahead: Please adjust your schedules and operations accordingly during this 5-hour window.

Note: Power may be restored earlier than scheduled if the maintenance work is completed ahead of time.
