TO: All BBEV Residents and Homeowners

SUBJECT: Updated Parking Policy and Sticker Enforcement

Dear Residents,

Please be advised of the following traffic and parking regulations to ensure safety, order, and smooth traffic flow within our community:

1. Strict No Parking Zone
Location: Along Flamingo Parkway, from the Main Gate (Seagull St.) up to Sandpiper St. (corner Flamingo).

Directive: Street parking along this stretch is strictly prohibited at all times.

2. Designated Exclusive Parking
Locations: The Clubhouse Parking Area and the Basketball Court Parking Area (adjacent to the Admin Office).

Directive: These areas are strictly reserved for vehicles displaying valid 2026 BBEV stickers. Vehicles without a visible 2026 sticker will not be permitted to park in these designated zones.

Policy Enforcement & Penalties
Please take note that strict monitoring will be conducted. Fines and penalties will be imposed on all non-compliant vehicle owners and violators.

BBEV Residents,

To ensure your water bill payments are properly accounted for and recorded, please send a copy of your receipt or proof of payment to our official Viber account at 09538117606 immediately. This will enable the office cashier to process and issue your official subdivision receipt accordingly.

Activity Location: Kingfisher Street corner Swallow Street

Please be informed that there will be a temporary water service interruption during the specified schedule to facilitate the tapping of the looped water pipeline in the area.

To reduce noise and disturbances for residents, our new delivery policy is as follows:

-Parcels (Motorcycles & L300): Access until 8:00 PM.

-Food Deliveries: Allowed 24 hours.

Announcement Regarding Water Bill Payments

Dear Homeowners,

Please be advised that effective immediately, Baybreeze Subdivision is adopting the strict billing and disconnection policies enforced by Manila Water to emphasize the importance of timely water bill payments.

Our current collection rate is concerning; only 33% of payments have been made ten days into the current billing cycle.

Please be aware that the subdivision does not have the capital to subsidize or "float" the payments of late payers. Because our account with Manila Water must be paid in full to keep the water running for everyone, we cannot delay payments on behalf of those who have not yet settled their bills.

We kindly urge everyone to prioritize their payments to avoid any service disruptions for yourself and your neighbors.
