𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: 𝑨 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒔 🤝🌻

Some of life's greatest blessings are not measured by achievements or possessions, but by the people who choose to walk beside us through every chapter of our journey. Friendship is one of those rare gifts that brings comforts during difficult days, joy in moments of celebration, and strength when life feels overwhelming. Every July 30, the world celebrates the 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, a meaningful reminder that genuine connections have the power to unite communities, bridge cultures, and inspire kindness.

Friendship is not defined solely by extraordinary stories. It lives in the quiet moments: a sincere conversation after a long day, shared laughter in the hallway, words of encouragement before an examination, and the reassuring presence of someone who simply chooses to stay.

As members of the Franciscan community, may we continue to cultivate friendships rooted in empathy, respect and compassion. As Helen Keller once said, "𝑨𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒐 𝒔𝒐 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆; 𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒐 𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉." Friendship is life's quiet masterpiece, painted not with grand gestures, but with unwavering presence.

Happy International Day of Friendship, fellow Franciscans! 🤍🤝

July 24, 2026, The 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙨 made a successful celebration of National Book Month along with Toyota Bicutan at Saint Francis of Assisi College - Taguig Campus, SHS Annex, 2nd Floor. This event gathered Grades 1, 2, 3 elementary pupils in an entertaining and educational event that encouraged the value of books and reading.

Ma’am Katrina R. Cariaga, led the event as the event master. Meanwhile, Mr. Braian B. Barnedo was the special guest during the event.

“𝑺𝒊 𝑩𝒊𝒃𝒐 𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒊 𝑩𝒂𝒈𝒘𝒊𝒔” Written by Mr. Braian B. Barnedo, was one of the notable activities during the event. The interesting storytelling session taught the children useful lessons while at the same time making them enjoy the interactive reading. The storytelling session helped to draw the attention of the students and learn how books can be sources of creativity and knowledge.

The 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was a great reminder to all that the importance of reading and learning through books can help with creativity, knowledge and still having fun in the process.

This event won't be possible without the help and guidance of 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒔𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒔 and 𝑻𝒐𝒚𝒐𝒕𝒂 𝑩𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒂𝒏.

𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 visited SFAC-Taguig Gymnasium on July 24, 2026, for a special health event for Grade 7 students. Hosted by FAC President Danica Jovien and LOO Vice President Rihanna Caberos.

This event was held to help students to understand the importance of staying healthy, eating nutritious food, and taking good care of their bodies every single day. It aimed to teach simple habits that can help them grow strong and feel their best always.

Through helpful talks of our speakers Mr. Joseph Uy, Ms. Anabelle Del Rosario, and Ms. Precious from Pocari Sweat, the students learned a lot from their body and health.

Everyone was also excited meet the Rightway mascot, while booths from 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐌𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭 provided free vitamins and medicines to all. Through everything learned and experienced, this special day encouraged everyone to value their health and take good care of themselves.

As July begins, 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 is a reminder that being ready is something we should practice every day, not just when disasters strike. Weather can change in minutes, and a normal day can become an emergency in minutes. While we can’t stop disasters
from happening, we can choose to be prepared for them to happen.

As we observe this year’s theme“𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒉𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂 𝒂𝒕 𝑲𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒔 𝑻𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒐 𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒈 𝒏𝒂 𝑩𝒂𝒈𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒔”we are reminded that preparedness starts with simple things. Listening during drills, knowing where to go during an emergency, checking weather updates, and helping others are simple things that can save lives.

Being prepared is not only about ensuring our own safety but also about assisting others and maintaining composure during times of crisis. As National Disaster Resilience Month begins, let us cultivate preparedness as a consistent habit, so that we may face any emergency with readiness and unity.

As July unfolds, Nutrition month came to start this month with a healthier living, healthier lifestyle, and healthier nourishment. Nutrition is not only about eating "healthy,” it can also be about making sure everyone has access to the right food, knowledge, and support to thrive. Whether you are cooking for one, or feeding a family. 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 is a reminder that we shall eat well, feel good, and live better.

Start this month with a fresh and new beginning, because this month is our annual wake-up call and a gentle reminder that self-care starts from ourselves and just within. It is a chance for us to modify our habits, learn how to fuel our bodies by consuming healthier food, and support each other in making better, cleaner choices. We are not just studying for the future; we are building the bodies that will live in it!

One choice can change everything. One word can save a life.

Every June 26, the world pauses to remember the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 to raise awareness about the dangers of illegal drug use and its impact on individuals, families, and communities.

Here in the Philippines, the fight against illegal drugs has been a tough and ongoing journey. Prevention is always better than cure. Learning to say no early is one of the strongest choices we can make. When we understand the risks and talk openly about them, we give ourselves, and others—the power to choose wisely.

𝗦𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽.

“𝗡𝗢” may be just one word, but it has the power to change a life.. Saying no to drugs is saying yes to health, to safety, and to a brighter future.

Every June, we celebrate 𝗠𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 to remind everyone that taking care of our health is very important. We should learn more about what it means to be healthy and make sure that men pay attention to how they're feeling in their bodies and minds. This is for every man, no matter how old they are. Families, schools and workplaces can all help by telling others about the health problems that men often have.

The main idea of Men's Health Month is to help men stay healthy, sound and safe by reminding them to go to the doctor and make good life choices. Nowadays, a lot of men often forget to consult a doctor or a therapist. This is a reminder that taking care of ourselves now can help us live a long and healthy life.

We can all be a part of telling them to have enough rest, exercise and eat healthy food. If we do healthy things every day it can make a big difference in how we feel and how happy we are. Men's Health Month is a time to think about our health and make some changes.
