The DTI and SIKAP - Creative Content Creators Association of the Philippines, Inc. formalized a partnership to empower Filipino content creators, strengthen creative enterprises, and open more opportunities for creative talents to grow, thrive, and compete locally and globally.

In her message, CIG Supervising Head Nylah Rizza D. Bautista emphasized that, "This partnership reflects a common purpose to create more opportunities for Filipino creatives and build an ecosystem where innovation, culture, and entrepreneurship can thrive together."

This collaboration reinforces DTI’s commitment to advancing a creative economy that turns Filipino talent into inclusive growth, stronger enterprises, and global opportunity.

SIKAP is a non-profit organization that supports Filipino creators in developing, protecting, and promoting original content.

The Annecy International Animation Film Festival and Market remains one of the most important platforms for animated IP, and over the years, SIKAP members have taken part in this space to pitch projects, build valuable connections, gain mentorship, and open doors to opportunities that can help move original stories forward.

In the recently concluded DICT ICT Industry Development Bureau IIDB's LAKBAY LIKHA TAGBILARAN, headed by its EPIC and the DICT IIDB Region 7 teams last Nov 30 to Dec 1, 2025 head at the Ceremonial Hall of the Province of Bohol, there were several workshops held during the 2 day event, The workshop speakers were amazing in bringing out the best in each participants.

Of course, there were winners from each workshop and here they are ....
