The 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 is an event dedicated to developing student leaders by equipping them with the skills needed to navigate real-life leadership situations. In line with this, the Peer Facilitators Association (PFA) supported the Center for Guidance and Counseling Services by providing volunteers to assist throughout the program.

The event was conducted over three days, consisting of an orientation, a simulation, and the activity proper. PFA volunteers facilitated the participants by explaining the objectives, mechanics, and safety reminders for each activity. Throughout the program, the event highlighted the importance of effective communication, leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and maintaining order while managing large groups.

𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗹𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 📖

As another chapter of our organization closes, we look back on the moments that shaped this remarkable year. Each initiative launched, every challenge overcome, and every accomplishment achieved through the collective efforts of the PEERkadas. 💜

This journey was far from easy. It was not built on perfect days nor effortless victories. Yet through every hurdle, the PEERkada remained steadfast. Together, we transformed ideas into action, goals into achievements, and aspirations into meaningful impact. ✨

Beyond the accomplishments listed on paper are the stories that brought them to life, the shared laughter, the lessons learned, and the countless moments of perseverance that often went unseen. These became the threads that held this chapter together. 🫂

As we turn the page to a new chapter, may we remember that our greatest accomplishment was never measured solely by the projects we completed or the milestones we reached, but by the community we built along the way. 💖
