Registered and recognized under DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2018-461. Mission:
To provide eminent leadership through knowledge and innovative resources to advance activity for children, youth, families, and community. Vision:

Headline: 📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE: EVENT CANCELLATION

Hello Everyone!

We regret to inform you that the Little Mr. and Ms. Lower Bicutan 2026 originally scheduled for May 1, 2026 at BANAI Covered Court, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City has been cancelled.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and scheduling conflicts, we are unable to move forward with the event at this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Most specially to the parents and the candidates itself.

The search is on for the first ever Little Mr. and Ms. Lower Bicutan 2026. We are looking for the best and exceptional kids that embodies the cuteness and uniquely beautiful kids.
