Exciting news—it's time for the 3rd and last Gearbook Distribution!

Don’t miss out on picking up your Gearbook! See you there!

Important Notes:
1) Kindly bring your proof of purchase (receipt) when picking up your Gearbook. Graduates with receipt will be given priority.

2) Please bring two valid IDs (one for entry to show to the guard and another to present to the committee when claiming the gearbook).

3) In any case you cannot come to claim your gearbook personally, kindly provide an authorization letter with a photocopy of a valid ID attached with three specimen signatures. Additionally, for the authorized person, kindly bring a valid ID as proof.

We regret to announce that, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, today’s scheduled gearbook distribution has been cancelled. We understand that many of you were looking forward to receiving your copies today, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. We will resume distribution tomorrow, November 9, 2024, from 1pm to 6pm at the alumni office. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that everyone receives their gearbooks as soon as possible.

Hello, Graduates!

The graduation committee just recently conducted an ocular inspection for the mass printing of our Gearbooks yesterday (August 17, 2024). And the good news is, the gearbooks will soon be delivered from the Supplier to the Graduation Committee!

Further information for the scheduled dates of distribution will soon be posted for updates as well! Stay tuned! ☺️

Hello, Graduates!

The Graduation Committee and Registrar's Office have just completed the verification of the detailed contents of our gearbook to ensure that no typographical errors/misinformed data will be published.

The final and approved version will now proceed in mass production preparations! Rest assured that the Graduation Committee will be having a site inspection during this phase preferably within this month, to oversee the smooth transaction of printing processes.

The committee extends our sincere apologies for the long wait. Nevertheless, we will keep you posted for further updates!

Hey there TUPT Graduates!

We are thrilled to announce that we are currently in the cross-checking and editing phase of our Gearbook! Once all edits have been thoroughly reviewed and finalized in the provided dummy by the supplier, we estimate that the production of the entire Gearbook will take about 45 to 60 days. As we refine and polish the content to ensure its utmost quality, we anticipate your patience and understanding. We understand that delays may occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After the production, we will swiftly move into the distribution phase, ensuring that each student receives their copy promptly. We are also excited to share that along with Gearbook distribution, we will also be distributing the picture of you receiving your diploma altogether. The supplier made sure to print the photo that captured your best shot as you were receiving your diploma.

Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. Stay tuned for further updates as we progress through this phase.

Hey there TUP-T Graduates!

We'd like to share the results of the recent survey conducted regarding the potential graduation ball. Out of all respondents, 40.6% were not in favor of holding the event.

As per our guidelines, at least 25% of the total graduating students (between 300-500) should agree for an event to take place. Based on the survey results, it is clear that we have not met this requirement. Therefore, we regret to inform you that there will be no graduation ball this year.
