On November 14-16, the Papanian Scouts of GRPMHS-ANNEX actively participated in the CLTC 2025.

Our scouts learned and participate in all sorts of activities about scouting, its history, and values, this is to ensure that they will develop leadership, integrity, and discipline among themselves which they will carry and embody in their everyday lives.

In November 14, 2025, with the donning of the neckerchief, we do not merely adopt a uniform, but we accept a profound responsibility. This investiture ceremony serves as a reaffirmation of our commitment to the Scout Oath and Law.

On behalf of the scouting movement of Gen. Ricardo G. Papa Sr. Memorial High School-Annex Senior Scouts. We officially welcome the newest batch of Senior Scouts. A formal acceptance of duty and a promise to serve the greater good.

You have successfully crossed the threshold into a new chapter of your Scouting life. This achievement reflects your hard work, discipline, and desire to serve. As you join this brotherhood, know that you are stepping into a legacy of honor.
