On behalf of the Junior Lectors and Commentators, we would like to greet our very own hardworking, gorgeous, and dedicated Parish Secretary and co-LeCom, Ate Chel, a very happy and blessed birthday! 🎉

Thank you for the wholesome support, encouragement, and kindness that you continuously share with us. Your presence in the ministry is truly a gift — always ready to lend a hand, offer guidance, and inspire us through your dedication and service to God and His people.

Just like your favorite Volleyball Team -- The UST Golden Tigresses who play with passion, heart, and unwavering determination in every game, you continue to embody the same spirit of strength, grace, and excellence in everything you do. You lead with humility, serve with love, and remind us that true leadership is found in selfless service.

May the Lord continue to bless you abundantly with good health, happiness, and countless victories both in ministry and in life. May He grant the desires of your heart and reward your faithfulness a hundredfold! 💛✨

Tonight is a double solemnity as we celebrate two events—the feast of St. Peter and Paul as well as the Anniversary of the Consecration of the Altar and Dedication of the Church.🎉

Parishioners gathered to celebrate the wonderful night as St. Peter and Paul stands as two of the pillars of the Church. Flowers were offered💐, candles were lit🕯️, and the history and memories of the old St. John Mary Vianney Parish was told and seen.✨

A joyful and faith-filled start to the weekend marked the celebration of the Puso ng Bata Children's Mass on June 27. This special gathering was dedicated to fostering a deeper and stronger relationship between our children and God through active participation in the Holy Eucharist.

During his homily, our Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Lari Abaco, spoke about the importance of the Sacraments, explaining their purpose and the vital role they play in the life of every Catholic. He encouraged the children to cherish these sacred gifts as channels of God's grace and as foundations for a life rooted in faith.

May this celebration continue to inspire our young parishioners to grow in their love for God and to live out their faith with joy and devotion! ⛪️💙

Not all heroes wear capes—some wear work uniforms, safety vests, office attire, or even simple clothes stained by a day's hard work. Their greatest superpower is the unconditional love and sacrifice they give for their families every single day.

Today, we honor and celebrate all fathers, grandfathers, father figures, and those who have embraced the role of a father with courage and devotion. Thank you for your endless sacrifices, for being our protector, provider, teacher, and source of strength through life's challenges.

May you continue to lead your families with wisdom, faith, and love through the blessed intercession of St. Joseph, the humble and faithful guardian of the Holy Family. May God reward your labor, strengthen your hearts, and bless you abundantly for all that you do.

Happy Father's Day to all the amazing fathers out there. Your love leaves footprints on our hearts that will last forever! ❤️👨‍👧‍👦🙏

-St. Anthony of Padua

On June 13, devotees from various parishes including our own parish gathered at St. Anthony of Padua Parish Church in Singalong Malate, Manila to participate in the solemn Grand Procession in honor of St. Anthony of Padua, celebrating the life and witness of the beloved saint known for his deep love for God, powerful preaching, and compassion for those in need.

Though separated by centuries, St. Anthony of Padua and St. John Mary Vianney share a common legacy of bringing souls closer to Christ through their dedication to prayer, evangelization, and pastoral care. Their lives continue to inspire both clergy and laity to live with humility, holiness, and unwavering trust in God.

As the procession journeyed through the streets, heavy rain suddenly poured upon the faithful. Yet instead of dampening spirits, the downpour became a powerful symbol of God's overflowing grace. With prayers unceasing and devotion undiminished, the faithful embraced the rain as a shower of blessings—an outpouring of hope, renewal, and divine mercy upon our community and our nation.

May the intercession of St. Anthony of Padua strengthen our faith, deepen our love for God, and inspire us to remain steadfast through every storm. As the rain watered the earth, may God's blessings continue to nourish the hearts of His people and bring peace, unity, and hope to our beloved motherland.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡! ⛪️🙏🏻

A rainy first Saturday of the month was made meaningful and productive as our Junior Lectors and Commentators Officers and Coordinators attended the Liturgical Training and Formation Program for Parish and School Liturgical Animators for Children at the San Carlos Seminary – Lay Formation Center.

Despite the gloomy weather, their passion for serving God and His Church shone brightly. Through this formation program, they gained valuable knowledge, strengthened their liturgical ministry, and deepened their commitment to guiding children closer to Christ.

This experience reminds us that true service is not measured by convenience but by willingness. Rain or shine, our young church servants continue to answer God's call with joyful hearts, proving that the youth are not only the future of the Church but active servants of the Church today.

May this formation inspire them to become faithful disciples, compassionate leaders, and instruments of God's love in their communities.

Together, let us continue to learn, serve, and grow in faith. 💚🙏🏻
