Accreditation of Authorized Suppliers
Pursuant to Memorandum No. 004, Series of 2026 on the Standardization, Serialization, and Accreditation of Authorized Suppliers for Charter Grant, Gong and Gavel, Flag, and Banner, the National Office hereby invites qualified manufacturers and suppliers to participate in the Open Bidding for the accreditation of official suppliers.
The National Office shall accredit:
🦅 One (1) Supplier for Luzon
🦅 One (1) Supplier for Visayas
🦅 One (1) Supplier for Mindanao
The accredited suppliers shall be authorized to manufacture and supply the following official standardized and serialized organizational paraphernalia:
• Charter Grant
• Gong and Gavel
• Philippine Flag
• Organizational Banner
Interested bidders must submit their complete proposals, including all documentary requirements, on or before 31 July 2026.

Following the submission deadline, all proposals will undergo an initial review by the Ways and Means Committee. Qualified bidders shall then be invited to formally present their proposals before the Ways and Means Committee and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for evaluation. The presentation shall include the bidder's product specifications, pricing, production capability, delivery schedule, and other relevant information necessary for the selection process.
The successful bidders shall be officially accredited as the authorized suppliers for their respective island groups, subject to the approval of the National Office.
The National Office reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, waive minor defects or informalities, and declare a failure of bidding whenever it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Organization.
