𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗘𝗦' 𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗦! 🇵🇭

Today, we honor the bravery, sacrifices, and unwavering love for country of the heroes who shaped our nation. We remember the men and women who stood for freedom, fought for what was right, and paved the way for the generations that followed.

But heroism does not belong only to the pages of history. It lives on in every Filipino who chooses to serve, to persevere, and to make a difference in the lives of others.

As future Information Technology professionals, may we carry the same spirit of courage and service into the future. Through our knowledge, skills, and innovations, may we use technology not only to create solutions, but also to empower communities and contribute to a better Philippines.

Today, we remember. Today, we honor. And tomorrow, we continue their legacy.

Isang makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng wika, kultura, talento, at pagkakaisa.

Narito ang ilang kuhang larawan mula sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026, na may temang:

CIT Extend | Community Extension Services

The College of Information Technology successfully conducted “TechCare Natumolan: Community Computer System Diagnostic, Preventive Maintenance, and Technical Checkup” at the Barangay Hall of Natumolan, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

The activity was carried out by IT students, selected members of the CIT Student Body Organization (CIT-SBO), and CITE Officers, who provided basic technical assistance to the barangay. Service laptops and desktop computers were subjected to system checkups, diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, software checking, and system optimization to help improve their performance and reliability.

Beyond providing technical support, the activity allowed the students to apply their IT knowledge and skills in an actual community setting while contributing to the improvement of the barangay’s ICT resources.

TechCare Natumolan supports SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure by promoting functional and reliable ICT resources, and SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals by strengthening collaboration between the College and its adopted community.
