On August 15, 2025, the SK Officials of Barangay Osmeña distributed school supplies to Daycare and Grade 1 pupils. This aims to support the education of the barangay's children. The SK believes education is important for community development.

Last August 21, 2025, Barangay Osmeña conducted its official Linggo ng Kabataan celebration, emphasizing initiatives aimed at empowering and assisting the youth sector. The program included a Drug Symposium, during which Mr. Harid T. Alcober served as the guest speaker, imparting valuable knowledge regarding the dangers of drug use. In addition to this educational endeavor, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials organized the distribution of cash and rice to the youth, thereby providing tangible support and reinforcing the community's investment in their future.
