Corruption is not just a political issue! It is a moral betrayal of the Filipino people.

Lihok Bol-anon Batok Korapsyon stands firm in its call for truth, justice, and accountability. The Senate investigation must not become a stage for self-preservation, where the guilty seek to control the truth they fear. Public office is a sacred trust, not a shield for corruption.

When leaders use power to cover their sins, they do not silence truth but they only delay its revelation. The Filipino people deserve better: leaders of integrity, justice without compromise, and a government worthy of our trust. Enough is enough.

A press conference was conducted by LIHOK BOL-ANON BATOK KORAPSYON today. LIHOK BOL-ANON convenors Fr. Jingboy S**o, Atty. Antonio S. Amora, and Ret. Gen. Edgardo Ingking explained the rationale of and security measures for a prayerful and peaceful mass action against corruption on September 21, 2025 at Plaza Rizal starting at 3 pm. The movement hopes to inspire Boholanos, especially the youth, to stand firm in their values while offering prayers and working for good governance.

Boholanos will unite in a mass rally against alleged corruption in flood control projects, led by Lihok Bol-anon Batok sa Korapsyon. The protest serves as a call for accountability and transparency and is set on September 21, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Plaza Rizal, Tagbilaran City.

Everyone is encouraged to wear 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐓 and gather at the designated assembly areas at 3pm for the march to Plaza Rizal.

1. Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine (K of C) – for religious groups, parishes, and nearby residents;

2. J.A Clarin Street (near Camp Dagohoy) – for youth, students, and nearby residents

3. P. Inting Avenue (near Toni’s/Chooks-to-Go) – for civil society organizations and nearby residents.
