On January 28, 2026, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Ceremonial Signing between the City Government of Tagbilaran and Advocates for Development Management and Sustainability (ADMS) was held. Afterwards, the Formal Turnover of Seed Grant to the Taloto Women's Organization and Tagbilaran Young Workers Association was conducted.

A Coastal Clean-up drive was held at Family Beach, Barangay Booy on January 31,2026. This activity was under the Project EReS initiative and in attendance were members of the BLGU officials, youth, womens, BIDEF, and ADMS.
