📣 CALL FOR RESPONDENTS

We are inviting Registered Nurses currently working or practicing in Bohol to participate in an academic research study on nurses’ job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and technological competency.

🩺 Who may participate?
✔ Currently working/practicing in Bohol
✔ Primary work is nursing-, nursing-related-, or health/healthcare-related
✔ At least 6 months in your current primary role
✔ Willing to provide informed consent

The study welcomes nurses from clinical, community/public health, school, occupational health, private duty, academe, administration, research, health programs, and other related fields.

⏱️ Completion time: approximately 10–15 minutes
🔒 Responses are confidential and will be used for academic and research purposes only.

Your participation can help provide evidence on the factors shaping nurses’ work experiences in Bohol.
