At 0730H, the cadets practiced the flow of the graduation ceremony to familiarize themselves with their roles. At 0845H, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗖. 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼, the 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙛𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙨 arrived, followed by the Guest of Honor and Speaker, 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗢 𝗗 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗚-𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦).

The ceremony began with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Bohol Hymn, Tagbilaran Hymn, and HNU Hymn. This was succeded by an invocation and welcome remarks. The program continued with the oath-taking and acceptance of new reservists.

The guest of speaker was then introduced and delivered a message, followed by an insperational message. A plaque and token of appreciation was presented to the Guest of Honor and Speaker, while a certificate of appreciation and a bouquet of flowers was given to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Amie Rosarie C. Caballo. The ceremony concluded with the mass singing of "Pilipinas Kong Mahal" and a photo opportunity.

At 1200H, the cadets were formed up for dismissal. The session involved the participation of five (5) 1CL, and four (4) four 2CL Advance Officers. The activity concluded at approximately 1220H without any untoward incidents.

OOA 15 0900H April 2026, the 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 participated as 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 (𝗕𝗘𝗜) during the Annual Central Student Government (CSG) Election held at the Old Gym.

The election officially commenced at 0900H, with ROTC officers and fellow BEIs facilitating the process as students exercised their right to vote in an orderly and secure environment. Their presence ensured that voting procedures were properly observed and conducted with integrity.

At 1900H, the tallying of votes began, with officers and BEIs carefully counting and recording each vote to maintain accuracy and transparency. However, at 2330H, the Electoral Commission (ELECOM) temporarily halted the tallying due to an earlier-than-expected end of the venue reservation.

OOA 16 1330H April 2026, the tallying resumed and was conducted openly for public viewing to uphold transparency and accountability. By 2430H, the tallying for all precincts had been completed.

The participation of the HNU ROTCU as BEIs greatly supported the ELECOM by ensuring an organized, impartial, and credible electoral process. Their discipline and sense of responsibility contributed to the smooth facilitation of both voting and vote counting.
Moreover, this experience provided the cadets with practical exposure to civic duties, strengthening their leadership, integrity, and commitment to public service. It allowed them to apply their training in a real-world setting, reinforcing the importance of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism in nation-building activities.

The Holy Name University ROTC Unit (HNU ROTCU), under the leadership of 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗘𝗟 𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗧), together with the Asst Commandant, 1𝗟𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗡 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦), Tactical NCO, Sgt Eli Adel I Pague PA (Res), and Pfc Melgen V Cataluña PA (Res), five (5) 1CL, and three (3) 2CL Advance Officers successfully conducted the 15th 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for forty one (41) Basic Cadets.

The day's activities commenced promptly at 1330H with the cadets forming at the HNU ROTCU's student lounge for instruction and accounting.

At 1350H, the cadets proceeded to the Activity Center for their lecture entitled Squad Tactical Operations discussed by Sgt Eli Adel I Pague PA (Res)

This subject is important for the cadets because it teaches them how to work together as a team during missions. It focuses on basic movements, communication, and coordination within a small unit or squad. Cadets learn how to follow commands, support each other, and respond properly to different situations.

The activity concluded at 1730H, with all activities successfully carried out and no accidents reported, reflecting the cadets’ discipline, safety consciousness, and adherence to proper conduct throughout the event.

The Holy Name University ROTC Unit (HNU ROTCU), under the leadership of 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗘𝗟 𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗧), together with the Asst Commandant, 1𝗟𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗡 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦), Tactical NCO Pfc Sabien Pol Fudalan PA (RES), four (4) 1CL, and three (3) 2CL Advance Officers successfully conducted the 14𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for fifty four (54) Basic Cadets.

The day's activities commenced promptly at 0730H with the cadets forming at the HNU ROTCU's student lounge for instruction and accounting.

At 0750H, the cadets proceeded to the Activity Center for their lecture entitled Weapons Training 2 discussed by Pfc Sabien Pol Fudalan PA (RES)

Weapons Training 2 plays a vital role in shaping cadets into disciplined and responsible individuals by enhancing their knowledge, handling skills, and safety awareness in the use of fi****ms. It strengthens their confidence, precision, and decision-making under pressure, preparing them for real-life situations where accountability and control are essential.

At 1000H, the cadets proceeded to take their Final Examination for the 2nd Semester, testing the knowledge that they've gathered all throughout the conducted Military Instructions.

The activity concluded at 1200H, with all activities successfully carried out and no accidents reported, reflecting the cadets’ discipline, safety consciousness, and adherence to proper conduct throughout the event.

At 1330H, the cadets proceeded to the Activity Center for their lecture entitled Map Reading discussed by Msg Marcos F Castro (Inf) PA (Res)

Through this subject, cadets learn how to read symbols, measure distance, and determine direction using a map and compass. These skills are essential during field training, especially when there are no clear landmarks or technology available. Map reading also improves critical thinking and decision-making, as cadets must plan routes and adjust to situations. Overall, it builds independence, awareness, and confidence in outdoor operations.

The activity concluded at 1730H, with all activities successfully carried out and no accidents reported, reflecting the cadets’ discipline, safety consciousness, and adherence to proper conduct throughout the event.
