In his message, he emphasized his commitment to honor the legacy of BFP Region 7 and to build upon its strong foundation through continuous improvement, innovation, and strengthened public service delivery in fire prevention, emergency response, operational readiness, and community engagement across Central Visayas.

The Regional Director underscored that effective leadership is rooted in teamwork, accountability, and shared responsibility, highlighting that no organization can succeed without collective effort and unity of purpose.

He likewise reaffirmed his leadership commitments to fairness, transparency, compassion, mentorship, and accountability, while upholding discipline, integrity, and professionalism as core values expected from every member of the organization.

Calling on all personnel to go beyond expectations, he encouraged everyone to serve with excellence, lead with or without rank, and uphold the highest standard of public serviceโ€”treating every life they protect as their own.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, under the leadership of ๐…๐‚๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐‘๐Ž๐ƒ๐Ž๐‹๐…๐Ž ๐ ๐ƒ๐„๐๐€๐†๐€, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚, Regional Director, BFPR7, along with the Tagbilaran City Fire Station personnel led by ๐…๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐€๐๐†๐„๐‹๐ˆ๐„ ๐’ ๐’๐€๐‹๐•๐€, City Fire Marshal, under the supervision of ๐…๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐‘๐€๐”๐‹ ๐† ๐๐”๐’๐“๐€๐‹๐ˆร‘๐Ž, JD, DPA, Provincial Fire Marshal - Bohol, conducted a Fire Exit Drill at ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐›๐จ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐๐จ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ, Torralba Street, Cogon District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

The primary purpose of this activity is to familiarize hotel staff and guests with all designated evacuation routes, proper use of fire exits, assembly points, and correct emergency response procedures. It also helps identify and address gaps in evacuation plans, so that everyone can respond quickly, calmly, and safely โ€” ultimately saving lives and minimizing risks when it matters most.
