Chocolate Hills Amateur Radio League, Inc. CHARL Inc. is the first and only amateur radio club in Bohol recognized by the Philippine Amateur Radio Association, Inc. (PARA) and by the NTC.

CHARL is the first amateur radio club in the Province of Bohol to be affiliated with the Philippine Amateur Radio Association (PARA) and accredited by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
