Kumusta mga Ka-Nutrisyon? “𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗺 𝘀𝗮 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻” is back to continue the Nutrition Recommendations for 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮!

Malnutrition refers not only to deficiencies but also to excesses. Overweight and obesity are when a person is too heavy for his or her height. An abnormal or excessive fat accumulation can impair health and may lead to various non-communicable diseases (NCD).

That is why it is important to follow the MOVABA principle in our diet as it stands for moderation, variety, and balance, and combine with physical activity. 🏃
