The Bohol Divers Advocacy Cooperative (BDAC) with our President Atty Florendo C. Columnas together with Vice President LTCOL RAUL G BUSTALIÑO are glad to inform everyone that our cause and advocacy in protecting and preserving the marine ecosystem in the Province of Bohol has resumed and gained the support by BM Atty Jiselle Rae Aumentado Villamor of 2nd District of Bohol who is tasked by our good Governor Erico Aristotle C. Aumentado to sponsor and prioritize the passage of our submitted proposed Provincial Ordinance following an alarming incident of coral destruction through vandalism.
We are optimistic that this move by the Provincial Government will fuel our passion and enable us to jumpstart our objectives in regulating and enforcing relevant laws as contained in the soon be approved ordinance.
Hence, our sincere gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to our ever dynamic and supportive Governor for giving us the window of opportunity to realize what we have started.
