National Arts Month 2026 reached its crescendo at the Mga Mutya sa Bohol Arts Month Exhibition! Under this year’s national theme, “Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting” (Harvest of Art: Truth and Valor), Bohol showcased that our heritage isn’t just something we look at—it’s something we feel in our bones.
The absolute showstopper? The raw, rhythmic power of Tadiyundi Percussive Justice! 🥁🔊 Their performance was more than just music; it was a percussive declaration of our identity and a call for justice through art. They closed the programme by turning the entire venue into a living, breathing pulse of Boholano pride.
A Celebration of Heritage & Vision:
Asin Tibuok Filipiniana Fashion: We witnessed the breathtaking fusion of art and industry as the iconic Asin Tibuok (Bohol’s legendary sea salt) inspired stunning Filipiniana designs—a true symbol of our community's resilience.
Dance & Grace: Heartfelt performances by the Winarts Dancers and the Alampat Art Academy brought our stories to life on stage.
Leadership in Culture: A huge thank you to Gov. Aris Aumentado, the CCAD led by Mr. Emerson Pinos, and the BACH Council for their unwavering commitment to our UNESCO Global Geopark’s cultural soul.
