The Bohol Chocolate Hills Leo Club, in collaboration with the Bohol Chocolate Hills Lions Club, MJF, successfully conducted the Bat Conservation Seminar & Poster Making Activity on August 22, 2026, at Aida Ho Residence, Baclayon, Bohol.

This meaningful activity marked the first project of the Bohol Chocolate Hills Leo Club for Lion Year 2026โ€“2027, with a strong focus on environmental advocacy and wildlife conservation. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฆ‡๐Ÿ’š

The activity featured a bat conservation seminar with Lion Dr. Reizl P. Jose as the resource speaker, storytelling and reflection facilitated by the Leos, a shared lunch and fellowship, and a creative poster-making activity. ๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐ŸŽจ

The Bohol Chocolate Hills Lions Club, MJF (BCHLC, MJF) is grateful for another meaningful collaboration with the Baclayon United Lady Achievers Club (BULAC) through Empowerment for the Elderly. ๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿ‘ดโœจ

The activity featured the giving of canes to senior citizens in need, cash prizes for the dancers of the night, and a free dinner and dance (Zumba) for all attendees. These simple yet meaningful activities brought joy, fellowship, and a sense of appreciation to our elderly. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿฆ

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to service, compassion, and community, creating moments where our elderly feel valued, respected, and cared for. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’›

In times of crisis, Lions are there to lend a helping hand.

The Bohol Chocolate Hills Lions Club, led by President Rainelda Cabello and Immediate Past President Beatriz Calcaben, MJF, Disaster Chair, responded promptly to two families affected by a devastating fire in Taguihon, Baclayon, Bohol.

Recognizing their immediate needs, the club provided essential supplies and basic necessities, extending care especially to the elderly family member.

Through compassion, service, and solidarity, we continue to bring hope where it is needed most. Together, WE Serve with Purpose and make a difference. ๐Ÿฆโค๏ธ

First Signature Humanitarian Project for LY 2026-2027 to the 135 Pupils of Liboron Elementary school at Catigbian, Bohol , all were given School bags and school supplies, tooth brush and toothpaste, spaghetti and Juice, slippers and a Webster Dictionary to the School Library. All goods and services coming from the generous donors of Bohol Chocolate Hills Lions Club members on July 28, 2026.
