What is the date today? It's July 1, 2026! ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

This marks the 60th Charter Day of Tagbilaran City! ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒ† For the last 6 decades โณ, the City of Friendship ๐Ÿซ‚ has shown immense progress ๐Ÿ“Š in becoming a city where dreams flourish ๐ŸŒฑ, friendships are formed ๐Ÿค, and it is a destination ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ for those looking to witness what a great city looks like ๐Ÿงญ.

It is only the beginning ๐Ÿ”ฐ for a city that strives for the best for Tagbilaranons ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป. From the historic 1565 Sandugo ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ, which established the very first Treaty of Friendship ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘, to a city where Peace and Friendship now thrive ๐Ÿฉ.

It is a call to choose courage over comfort, to stand for what is right, and to serve others in our own simple ways.

During World War II , Filipinos showed strength in the face of hardship. In Bataan and Corregidor, many gave everything so future generations could live in freedom.
