Pipila ka Oras ang milabay human nadiskubrehan ang patayng lawas sa usa ka treasure hunter kaganihang buntag, Nakit-an karong hapon ang kaubang biktima sulod sa langob sa Poblacion 3, Dagohoy.

Ang ikaduhang biktima nailhan nga usa ka Alyas "Raymundo" nga nadiskubrehan ang patayng lawas niini sa sulod gyud sa langob.

Matud sa mga otoridad nga suffocation ang usa sa mga hinungdan sa kamatayon sa mga biktima gumikan sa kagamay sa ganghaan sa maong langob.

Sa pagkakaron Padayon ang search and retrieval operation sa mga rescuers gikan sa TARSIER 117 aron makaplagan ang usa pa ka treasure hunter.

Ang mga biktima nailhan sa ilang Lugar nga tigpanguha og dugos apan posibli usab nga mi sideline sa pag treasure hunting.

Nakit-an sa Lugar ang pipila ka gamit sa mga biktima sama sa hagdanan, pisi, ug hose-pipe nga maoy gigamit aron makakuha og hangin sa gawas samtang anaa sa sulod sa langob.

Nasuta usab nga taud taud na nga nag treasure hunting ang mga biktima sa maong lugar.

As of 2:00 PM today, 05 May 2026, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 05a) being monitored has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is "UNLIKELY" to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the other Low Pressure Area (LPA 05b) being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has developed into a Tropical Depression.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Pres.CarlosP.Garcia, Ubay, Buenavista, Sagbayan, Inabanga, Carmen), (Ayungon, Tayasan, Jimalalud, Bindoy), (Pilar, PresidentRoxas, Pontevedra, MaAyon, Cuartero, Dumarao), (Bato) and (Macrohon) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (CityOfMaasin), (Matalom), (SanMiguel, Trinidad, Dagohoy and Danao) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.

The Dagohoy Emergency Response Team (DERT)MDRRMO Dagohoy , in coordination with the Rural Health Unit (RHU) represented by Romulo T. Nene DRRM-H Focal Person, successfully conducted an orientation on Standard First Aid (SFA), Basic Life Support (BLS), and an Earthquake Drill at the Dagohoy Green Energy Corporation in Brgy. San Vicente, Dagohoy, Bohol.

The orientation program was attended by 20 participants from Dagohoy Green Energy Corporation. It provided essential knowledge and practical skills necessary for responding to emergencies.

This activity significantly enhances the participants’ capabilities and strengthens the effectiveness of the emergency response system.

El Niño Alert issued ⚠️

DOST-PAGASA has officially raised its ENSO Alert and Warning System to El Niño Alert, following the high likelihood of its development in the coming months and possible persistence into early 2027. This may bring drier-than-usual conditions, including dry spells and droughts in parts of the country.

However, above-normal rainfall may still be experienced over the western sections during the Habagat season.
