✠ VENERATION OF THE SACRED RELICS OF SANTO PADRE PIO OF PIETRELCINA ✠

On the Memorial of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, the faithful are invited to gather in prayer and devotion as the Sacred Relics of San Padre Pio are presented for veneration.

Following the 5:15 PM Holy Mass tomorrow, 23 September 2026, the faithful may solemnly approach the sacred relics, giving honor to God for the life, witness, and holiness of His faithful servant, Saint Pio of Pietrelcina.

Through his powerful intercession, may we be strengthened in faith, steadfast in hope, and ever more united with Christ Crucified, whom Padre Pio loved and served with his whole life.

Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, faithful priest of Christ,
pray for us and intercede for us.

A truly blessed and meaningful visit of the Pilgrim Image of San Pedro Calungsod at St. Joseph Cathedral Shrine-Parish. ❤️

The gathering was filled with prayer, reflection, and hearts united in Taizé prayer and catechesis. 🕊️ Through the gentle and beautiful Taizé songs of the Student Catholic Action, we were reminded to pause, listen, and open our hearts to God’s presence.

May the example and faith of San Pedro Calungsod continue to inspire us, especially the young, to live courageously in faith, serve with love, and remain faithful to Christ in our daily lives. May this visit continue to bear fruit in the hearts of everyone who welcomed the pilgrim image. 🕊️
