Last January, the ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—–๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ - ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜€โ€™ ๐—–๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ฒ at Tagbilaran City Science High School joined forces with the TCSHS SSLG Environment Committee and TCSHS YES-O to make a real difference in our community through two heartwarming initiatives that brought us closer to a greener tomorrow.

On January 18, the organization participated in mangrove planting, restoring vital coastal ecosystems that stabilize shorelines, support marine life, and combat climate change. A week later, on January 25, they collaborated on a coastal cleanup, removing harmful waste to promote a cleaner environment for both people and marine ecosystems.

These efforts showcased the power of teamwork and partnerships in addressing pressing environmental challenges. Together with the SSLG Environmental Committee and YES-O with the other clubs and organizations of TCSHS, the Peer Facilitators emphasized the importance of ecological sustainability and community action in creating a brighter, greener future!
