STEM students of San Isidro National High School (SINHS) successfully presented their capstone projects on February 4, 2026 before the panel of experts from Bohol Island State University (BISU). Held at the San Isidro National High School (SINHS) campus, the event gathered STEM students, teachers, school administrators, and a distinguished panel of experts from BISU. Five (5) research groups presented their studies, showcasing innovations ranging from smart technology systems and agricultural technologies to AIโ€‘based plastic waste classification. The BISU panelโ€”composed of licensed engineers from the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Industrial Design (CEAID)โ€”provided inโ€‘depth evaluations, technical recommendations, and constructive feedback to strengthen each study. All groups successfully defended their research, with revisions recommended to further enhance academic quality. The program concluded with messages of appreciation, the awarding of certificates to the panel, and a photo session marking the eventโ€™s success. Project ESTEMATIC is spearheaded by the Project Leader and CEAID Dean Dr. Dave J. Pojadas, reinforcing the strong partnership between SINHS and BISU in promoting research excellence among young STEM learners.
