It’s time to come home to your Alma Mater—Notre Dame of Siena College of Tacurong—as we celebrate our 75th Founding Anniversary and Grand Alumni Homecoming!

Mark your calendars: Saturday, October 25, 2025!
Here’s the schedule:

5:30 AM - Assembly at Notre Dame of Siena

6:00 AM – Holy Rosary and Floral Offering

7:00 AM – Motorcade from the school to the City Gym ...
8:00 AM - Registration ... 9:00 AM - Mass
👉 Then the much-awaited Alumni Program and Activities at the gym!

This year, we highlight and honor our Jubilarians: Batch 1975 and Batch 2000.
All alumni are invited—please coordinate with your batchmates for full participation.

📣 Alumni Homecoming Raffle Announcement
Dear Fellow Alumni,
Warm greetings from the Alumni Association!
We’re thrilled to announce that raffle tickets for our upcoming Alumni Homecoming celebration are now available! This exciting initiative, in partnership with Batch 1975 and Batch 2000, was agreed upon by our jubilarians and the Alumni Association to help make this year’s event truly unforgettable.
🎟️ Ticket Details:
• Each batch is encouraged to purchase a minimum of 4 raffle stubs
• Cost per stub: ₱500 (includes ₱20 per ticket)
• More stubs = more chances to win!
🏆 Prizes:
• 🥇 1st Prize: ₱10,000
• 🥈 2nd Prize: ₱8,000
• 🥉 3rd Prize: ₱5,000
• 🎁 20 Consolation Prizes: ₱1,000 each
• 🍚 20 Consolation Prizes: 5 kilos of rice each
• 🎉 Plus many more surprise consolation prizes!

✅Alumni Homecoming Queen 2025

Fundraising Guidelines & Participation Mechanics:
The Alumni Homecoming Queen (formerly Mutya ng Alumni) serves as the highlight fundraising event of our annual Alumni Homecoming. This activity is designed to bring together our alumni batches in the spirit of camaraderie while raising funds to support meaningful alumni projects.

1. Batch Participation
• Each batch is encouraged to nominate one (1) candidate for the Homecoming Queen.
2. Contributions & Payment Method
• All contributions must be made in cash only.
• Checks will not be accepted.
• Foreign currency is allowed, based on the prevailing exchange rate on the day of contribution.
3. Base Contribution
• Each participating batch is required to contribute a base amount of ₱3,000 in support of their candidate.
• This contribution will be allocated directly to the Alumni Association Fund to support its ongoing initiatives.
• Batches not fielding a candidate but still wishing to support the Alumni Association are encouraged to contribute ₱3,000 as well.
• These voluntary contributions—whether tied to a candidate or not—will be a significant help to the association and are deeply appreciated.
4. Additional Fundraising
• Any amount raised beyond the base contribution will be divided as follows:
o 50% for the Alumni Project Fund
o 50% returned to the respective batch or candidate
5. Submission of Batch Candidates & Contribution Counting Guidelines
• Submission of Candidates
All names of batch candidates must be submitted on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Registrar’s Office. Please look for Ma’am Gemma Empig.
Submissions are accepted any time during the day, but early submission is
strongly encouraged to assist the Oversight Committee in finalizing the
official list of candidates.

• Opening of Ballot Box
The ballot box for monetary contributions will be opened starting at 8:30 AM on Homecoming Day.
• Contribution Packaging & Labeling
All monetary contributions must be placed inside a sealed envelope.
Each envelope must be clearly labeled with the following details:
 Name of the Candidate
 Batch Number
 Amount of Contribution
• Candidate Presentation
All candidates will be formally presented during the program.
Candidates must be ready for roll call and presentation prior to the dropping of contributions. Contributions will only be accepted after the candidates have been officially introduced.
• Ballot Box Closure
The ballot box will be officially closed at 11:00 AM on Homecoming Day.

• Counting of Contributions
A single official counting session will be conducted at the City Gym (venue to be announced), in the presence of one official witness from each batch to ensure transparency and fairness.
• Declaration of Winners
The declaration of winners will take place immediately after the completion of the official counting of contributions.
The Top 5 candidates will be formally announced as winners.
The results will be officially declared by the Oversight Committee.
The decision of the Oversight Committee is final and executory, and shall be respected by all participating batches.

6. Attire of Candidates & Awards
• Attire and Stage Appearance
• Only the Queen, 1st Runner-Up, 2nd Runner-Up, 3rd Runner-Up, and 4th Runner-Up will proceed to the stage for the coronation ceremony.
• Their attire will be a long gown of their choice, in line with formal wear standards.
• Recognition of Other Candidates
• All other candidates who are not part of the top five will receive a Certificate of Appreciation, recognizing both the candidate and their batch for their participation and support.
7. Committee Oversight
• The fundraising activity will be overseen by the Alumni Treasurer, with assistance from the school’s accounting staff, to ensure transparency and accountability.
8. Benefits of Participation
• This structure ensures that every batch benefits, while at the same time supporting alumni projects and initiatives that will leave a lasting impact.
