🗳️ Unity in Leadership: GMA Kapuso Village HOA Holds Successful Election 2026 ✨👏🏻

The Election of the Board of Directors and Executive Officers of the GMA Kapuso Village Homeowners Association Inc. was successfully conducted on May 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Women’s Friendly Space. The activity was attended by City Housing representatives Sir Joshua Resquicio, Ma’am Marnel Isanan, and Ma’am Zenny, together with SK Chairperson Hon. Lance De Paz as representative of the Barangay Council led by Hon. Edgar B. Grego.

The election highlighted active participation, transparency, and unity among the homeowners. Meanwhile, Mr. Ronaldo Alavera received the highest number of votes with 67 out of 104 votes during the Board of Directors election and was later elected as the new President of the GMA Kapuso Village HOA during the election of Executive Officers.

The City Housing representatives emphasizes the importance of a fair and proper electoral process that should always be practiced. On the other hand, through the Election Committee, the seven elected Board of Directors were officially proclaimed and will also serve as the Executive Officers of the association.

• Pacita Cojas - 48 votes
• Leticia Samar - 44 votes
• Mercedita Pilapil - 44 votes
• Ruel Dela Rama – 43 votes
• Liberty Goco - 42 votes
• Eveth Aguilar-Ponciano - 40 votes
• Nilda Sumallo - 37 votes
• Marites Merin - 34 votes
