Bulig Isko started with the efforts of a number of University of the Philippines - Tacloban alumni (and other close friends) from different batches who met the day after typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan struck Leyte to share news, stories and updates about the status of our hometown. While patiently waiting for our families to contact us, we organized relief and coordinated with several people to ask for he

lp in finding our families. Getting together and planning was our way of releasing stress and coping with the lack of information. Today, we are now a solid group receiving so much support from different groups and individuals who were kind enough to trust us and and our efforts. :) Continue to support!
