TAMAC had a blast exploring Daram Island during our 5D4N year-end adventure, where the beauty of the mountains perfectly meets the calm of the sea. Thank you Villanueva Family for the warm accommodation and heartfelt hospitality that made us feel at home. Most of all, we are grateful for the genuine acceptance and beautiful bond we shared with the locals, whose genuine kindness and smiles made the journey even more meaningful.

Beyond the adventure, we were also able to brought joy and smiles to 50 children of Sitio Mandagara, Brgy. Astorga, Daram Island. Thank you to everyone who joined and supported this cause. Last December 13, TAMAC, together with a few BS Environmental Biology students, visited the Bangon Food Forest owned by Mr. Reynaldo Salamat. The group was warmly welcomed and treated to an insightful lecture delivered by Mr. Salamat and his wife, sharing their knowledge and experience in sustainable agriculture and food forestry.

Joiners were also given the opportunity to taste fresh fruits from the food forest and reconnect with nature through engaging activities such as a native tree walk, wildlife mobile photography, and other immersive learning experiences. The visit fostered a deeper appreciation for biodiversity, sustainability, and the importance of living in harmony with nature.
