The Humanitarian Advancement Leaders for Amity and Service - Globally Aligned and Non-Governmental is a Nonprofit Organization focused on uplifting the

peoples' lives through culture preservation and boosting tourism through community service. It was founded by a group of friends on December 10, 2010 who holds the ideals of scouting, cultural and environmental preservation, community services, tourism endorsements and promotions, and adventure throughout the process. Since 2010, the Organization has done a lot of projects and activities that have been beneficial to the community and will continue to upheld their principles for years to come. As for the association of SNAKE to the group, HALAS is the waraynon term for Snake. we specifically chose this animal as one of the insignia of the group and also signifies Fertility and rebirth. Historically, serpents and snakes represent fertility or a creative life force. As snakes shed their skin through sloughing, they are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing. The Ouroboros is a symbol of eternity and continual renewal of life in which we associate our group, the continuation in perpetuity of the good things in life that we share to the world.

It was founded by a group of friends on December 10, 2010 who holds the ideals of scouting, cultural and environmental preservation, community services, tourism endorsements and promotions, and adventure throughout the process. This ideals have been their Mission and Vision and have always upheld this ever since.

Since 2010, the Organization has done a lot of projects and activities that have been beneficial to the community and will continue to upheld their principles for years to come.
